Terms of Service

Welcome to Prompt Mandi (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), operated by Loki Invents. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. By registering you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at aitechloki@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of prompts, blog posts, images and other material you publish (“User Content”). By publishing on Prompt Mandi you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute and promote that content on and in connection with the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights in your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, contain unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory or malicious material, or violate any law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Scraping, botting or artificially inflating views, likes or follows.
  • Uploading malware, phishing links or content that impersonates others.
  • Reselling, resyndicating or white-labeling the Service without written permission.
  • Circumventing security controls or the monetization policy.

5. Monetization & Payouts

Creators become eligible for payout after crossing the view thresholds defined in the Monetization Policy (currently 100,000 monthly views for the first payout, then ₹90 per additional 1,000 views). Payouts are processed via UPI within 5 business hours of admin approval. Fraudulent traffic will be reversed and may result in suspension.

6. Moderation & Suspension

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict features at our discretion if we reasonably believe a violation of these Terms has occurred.

7. Intellectual Property

All Prompt Mandi branding, code, design and compilation of content are the property of Loki Invents. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content and prompt outputs may be inaccurate — verify before commercial use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loki Invents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
