Refund & Payout Policy

1. Free Access

Reading AI news, browsing prompts, saving to collections and creating a creator account on Prompt Mandi is free. As no upfront payment is collected from readers, no user-facing refund is applicable.

2. Creator Payouts

  • Creators become eligible for their first payout at 100,000 verified monthly views, which pays ₹9,000.
  • Beyond that threshold, earnings accrue at a flat rate of ₹90 per 1,000 verified views.
  • Minimum withdrawal after eligibility: ₹90.
  • Approved payouts are dispatched via UPI within 5 business hours.

3. Verified Views

Only organic, human page views count. Traffic from bots, click-farms, self-refresh scripts, incentivized clicks or artificial promotion will be excluded and, if repeated, may cause suspension and forfeiture of pending earnings.

4. Payout Reversal

If a payout has been sent based on views that are later found to be fraudulent, Prompt Mandi reserves the right to recover the amount from future earnings or by direct reversal.

5. Failed UPI Transfers

If a UPI transfer fails due to an incorrect UPI ID provided by the creator, the amount is returned to the creator’s Prompt Mandi balance and can be re-requested after updating the UPI ID.

6. Taxes

Creators are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their earnings in their jurisdiction.
